ACCOMMODATIONS
The Kelly Ranch offers South Texas accommodations second to none. In 2017, we built a brand new 1500, sq ft. authentic log cabin that will make you feel right at home with AC, heat, satellite TV, wifi and full kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the ability to comfortably sleep 12 guests (1 king, 4 queens, and 4 twin beds). Our rustic brush-country hunting camp features a custom fire pit, walk-in cooler, stocked fishing pond (catfish, bass and perch), and several ATV's for your use and enjoyment. The Atascosa River runs just north of our camp within walking distance and draws all types of wildlife that are continuously moving through the area.
In addition to the amazing lodging, you will also be provided 3 delicious meals a day by Carroll Kelly's wife of 38 years, Melissa Kelly. Melissa studied at Le Cordon Bleu and blends her gourmet training with her German-Czech heritage to create exquisite dishes. We are quite sure you will not be disappointed!
Rocky, our fully trained blood tracking dog, is always available to recover any game that might be unfortunately wounded. We can also provide rifles in many appropriate calibers for hunters that might not want to travel with a firearm during their trip. Rifles available are : 270. 243, 30/06, 223, 30/30 and several others if needed. Bow hunters are welcome, but we ask that you are proficient and have practiced enough to make a clean kill. We offer climate controlled tower blinds, ground blinds, tripods and tree blinds to accommodate every hunters preference.
